2018 CA Users Conference

This was a 3-day conference for customers. This included a keynote speaker and many session speakers. The complete conference project included the following: Budget Creation and Management, Venue Selection and Negotiation, Theme Design and Development, Keynote Speaker Scouting and Selection, Meetings with Stakeholders to Develop Content, Creation of the Conference Schedule including Sessions, Coordinate with Catering to Select Menus and Format of Meals, Scout and Select Entertainment for Dinner Event, Coordinate with Audiovisual for Session Rooms, Design and Order Conference Marketing Materials, Create and Administer the Conference Mobile App, Create and Administer Conference Website, Create Online Registration Tools for Attendees, Create Badges with QR Codes for Onsite Scanning, Coordinate with Colleges and Organizations to offer CEUs and other Credits, Hire Vendors for Onsite Decorations, Constant Coordination with Venue Teams, Onsite Management of Event, Vendor Sponsorships, Coordinate Vendor Booth Setups, Post-Conference Surveys, and Post-Conference Analytics and Reporting.
